Day 52 – The Day of Declarations

May the Lord Find A Witness in Canada!

September 13, 2007

You are my witnesses," declares the LORD, "that I am God.

Yes, and from ancient days I am he. No one can deliver out of my hand.

When I act, who can reverse it?"  Isaiah 43:12-13

Day 52, the final day of the consecration call will take place on September 13^th.  This is  Rosh Hashanah in the Jewish calendar, the start of the New Year.

During the consecration call the Lord has opened a window of grace over us to prepare us for the new season of entering into the Promised Land to possess all of our inheritance.  Like He did with the children of Israel at Gilgal (Joshua 5) the Lord has gone deep to circumcise our hearts and separate us from the lies of the enemy that have sought to keep us trapped in cycles of death and bondage. 

Through divine encounters with Him, He has poured in the oil and wine, the presence of the Holy Spirit, to heal us from the wounds of the previous season and the heartsickness of hope deferred

By His amazing love, He has revealed Himself to us in new ways and has declared to our spirits the start of a new day.  He has restored our innocence and taught us how to hope again.

He has called us to rebuild the walls of faith in our lives as individuals, families, cities, provinces and nations.  By His grace He has given us the strength to trust Him and to believe again.

By His wisdom,  He has revealed to us the secrets of His kingdom and has caused us to come into greater alignment as one body in our families, churches, cities, provinces and nations with the one true Head of the Church,  Jesus Christ. 

Through His mercy, He has gathered us together like the dry bones of Ezekiel, and in our discouragement and disillusionment, He has spoken life into us.  A the bones have come together and the flesh has come upon them, He has breathed the breath of life into us and we have arisen as a great army that now awaits His command.

As we come to the end of these 52 days, we will gather in locations throughout Canada as His witnesses to worship the Lord for His goodness to us and to make declarations of faith that we are about to see the hand of God in lives, families, churches, cities, provinces and our nation in a way we have never seen it before.  With the faith He has stirred in our hearts, we will declare that we are entering the Promised Land to possess the inheritances, all the promises, not only for our lives but for all the procession of faith of generations past.

May God grant us the grace to be His witnesses now and forevermore!
